What a Forward Deployment Engineer does

A Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) works directly with customers. They connect the customer's goal, the technical solution, and the care needed to run it safely.

In this example: ServiceNow is a tool companies use to manage IT support requests.

Who this is for

Target learners

People with some technical experience who want to work more closely with customers and solve real problems.

Prerequisites

You should be able to read simple code, edit a file, use Git, and run a test. You do not need previous AI experience.

What this prepares you for
